Eyes: Vibrant blue, almost too blue to be a real eye color, is always the first thing to catch the gaze of an observer. Set in neatly spaced, almond-shaped sockets, they are wide and beautiful. They are considered close set, but not so much that it's obvious. Khiyyi can star another person down with those eyes, piercing as they can be. Although they can be gentle too. The age-old saying "eyes are windows to the soul" does not quite fit Khiyyi. She is very good at hiding what she is truly feeling with another emotion. She's perfected this skill due to her nature to live among humans.
Hair: Khiyyi's hair changes often. Sometimes it is short and very dark. Other times it is long and blond. Everything about her silken locks depends on her mood. Her hair is tamed if she's in a good mood and wild if she's feeling rather upset or troubled. Naturally, her hair has a gentle curl to it and manages to look pretty amazing when she takes control of the surrounding wind. Currently her hair is long and a dark brown in color. This might change throughout the year.
Smile: Her smile varies as often as the weather changes. There are several major smiles that she uses to show varying degrees of pleasure. There's an almost wicked smile she uses when she's angry but unwilling to show it and then there's the picture-smile she uses in public. The rarest joyous expression ever is that of a natural, completely happy smile that she pulls out only in the company of trusted friends.
Face: Khiyyi has never had a problem with any unsightly facial issues. Perhaps it's, as she puts it, because she's absolutely perfect just as she is. Her skin is pale and unblemished, her facial features are fine and delicate, befitting of royalty (or so she says). And her lips...oh, those are to die for (again, her words). Soft and full, they are made for seducing men into her bed, or yelling at her students. To top it off, residing over her lips is a small, delicate nose which is highly sensitive to different scents.

Physique: Khiyyi is very short and small-boned, adding to the delicate beauty that she owns. Yet, to add to this she's a bit lighter than is normal, perhaps because she has eating problems. Sometimes, Khiyyi forgets to eat when she's frustrated or focused on something other than day-to-day menial tasks. Other than being a little underweight, she is perfectly in shape, although she does tend to push herself beyond her physical and magical limits quite often if not watched over. One wouldn't think that someone who prides herself on being in shape would allow herself to punish her body so cruelly, however oftentimes she wants to prove that she is as capable as any 6'6" male. Magically, if she's not using her abilities on a day-to-day basis, she'll set aside at least one day a week to go and stretch her power. Thus she remains active and not lazy.

Style: Khiyyi typically likes clothing that allows her to feel the caress of her home element on her skin. She'll purposely wear graceful skirts and airy blouses just so that when she walks outside the wind will slice right through them. Since she has spend a good amount of time among humans, she's quite aware of what looks good and what doesn't and will typically match her clothing according to her own tastes, but also paying attention to fashion sense. She has been known, however, to walk into class dressed like a woman from an earlier decade. She has been alive for quite some time and some fashions really stuck.
Hygiene: Due to her sensitive nose, she tends to keep herself absolutely clean and fresh-smelling. So she takes at least one shower a day, or a bath to wash any grime off of herself. She always smells either like cinnamon or rain.

//HISTORY//

First Sign of Powers: Khiyyi was a very rare early user. When she was eight, she threw a temper tantrum, causing a small tornado to form. When she realized what she had done, she was so shocked that her tears stopped. Her mother had to dissipate the tornado so that it wouldn't cause too much destruction to the surrounding area. Within the five year span between that first sign and the beginning of schooling at Aegnor, the young girl demonstrated several other very powerful uses of Air. It was quite obvious that she was going to focus more on the big storms than the little breezes.

Favorite Way to Use Powers: This fiery Elessarian prefers to demonstrate just how powerful she is. She rarely dabbles with small breezes or rain storms. No, she goes for the big monsters, tornadoes and terribly frightening storm systems. Her anger has been the cause of blizzards in the past. However, don't think she's merely all bark and no bite. Khiyyi is well-balanced in both offensive and defensive uses of her power. While she might call, and direct, tornadoes towards her enemy, she'll pull powerful winds form the upper atmosphere to protect herself. The one thing that she is terrible at is the more subtle art of air. It's something she likes to work on, creating a breeze, which due to her power-focus usually ends up turning into a full-blown gale. So, one could honestly say she's far better at working with the big game than the smaller stuff. The only thing she really still struggles with are hurricanes. They are just so monstrous she can't call, direct, or control them.

History At School: Her schooling began, just a bit, before she actually started Elessarian school. Due to her early showing of power, her mother began schooling her not to just let her temper control her ability. Because she lived on the Elessarian homeland, Vastarsis, she was sent to Aegnor. At first, she was miserable, she had trouble controlling her power, but instead of asking for help, she struggled in silence. It wasn't until a boy in Silmarwen noticed that she got any help. For whatever reason Rupert Grim Morgraephyn had for helping her, she was grateful. He was another Air-focused kid and so he knew exactly what would help her and what would only fail. As the years went by, she developed feelings for Rupert. His presence made her otherwise unbearable schooling somewhat fun. She made friends and got along with others. When he graduated, she was far along enough in the social world of the school that she didn't crumple up and disappear. So, what started out as miserable torture ended up being a great adventure.

History With Humans: Khiyyi has several human friends whom she keeps in contact with through e-mail. She met them during her fake marriage to her best friend, Rupert. She's one of the best choices for infiltrating human politics, except for the fact that she refuses to get involved in the age-old war. She has too many good friends on both sides to even think about choosing one race over the other.

History After School: As soon as she was out of school, Khiyyi abandoned her homeland in favor of suburban life in the middle of enemy country. She blended in immediately, hiding her Elessarian status under the guise of a college student. Ironically, she found Rupert and the two of them hooked up. For years and years they posed as a married couple. She befriended a good many of her human neighbors during her life as a fresh-out-of-school Elessarian. Every five years or so, she and Rupert would move to another town. However, the people she met were always welcoming and very open to the newcomers' needs. Khiyyi actually got attached to the race that had once-upon-a-time massacred her own and some view that as a betrayal. After her 'marriage' to Rupert, Khiyyi traveled the world to see all the wonderful sights there was to see. Finally, she settled at Aegnor when she was about sixty-four and has been teaching there ever since. She doesn't always get along with everyone, for Khiyyi can be rather closed off about her personal life, however those that do manage to crack her shell she trusts with her life.

Siblings: Wyll Marcus Xzav, 104, Fire; brother...Wyll definitely went to Aegnor, but seeing as he's thirty years older than his sister, he never spent any time in school with her, though they did both attend Aegnor. After school, he married and settled down somewhere on Vastarsis to have fat babies.

Relationship with Family: To be perfectly honest, the only person Khiyyi does not get along with is her father. She connects perfectly well with her mother and she and her brother rarely see each other. Since she rarely sees her brother, she's very kind and always happy around him. However, she sees her parents a bit more often, or at least gets mail from them all the time. Thus, although her mother has reached an understanding with her, Khiyyi and Khiardon clash every time they talk to one another. It's not just about elements, it's the fact that Khiyyi is a bit too much like her father, willful and stubborn. As concerned as Khiardon may be, he doesn't express it correctly and thus, they fight...a lot.
