History: Eight years ago Khiyyi joined the staff at Aegnor, and almost immediately she and Helena had ended up sharing a night at the Ale House in the village. They started talking about the school, Helena giving Khiyyi advice about which students and staff to avoid, and at some point they ended up leaving the bar to explore the nearby mountainside. They somehow stumbled into a secluded cave and managed to get deeply lost within it. Khiyyi, who was not so very fond of confined spaces like caves, began to panic and they probably would have ended up wandering around for hours if Helena hadn't mustered up enough power to make a small flame in her hand. She guided them out after that, and since then Khiyyi has known her as the cave-conqueror, and the trust that emerged from that encounter grew into a deep friendship between the two.
What do you think of Khiyyi? "Khi is my rock here at Aegnor, which is kind of funny seeing as she's an Air. What I mean is that she keeps me from getting too out of myself, and if I have anything to bitch or moan about, she's always got an eagerly listening ear. We've been friends for eight years now, and in those eight years students and staff have come and gone, but Khi and me have always stayed constant. Guys come and go, but a best friend like Khi is there to stay. I've got her back and she's got mine, and I can't think of anything that could possibly come between us. She's definitely got a lot more interest in humans that I do, but that's cool with me. And my crazy obsession with bubbling concoctions never seem to phase her either. It's great to have somebody to lean on around here."

History: Dulais has always had an insatiable interest in humans, and Ms. Xzav's class was the first one she ever signed up for as a little Lamalas. She immediately fell in love with the subject and endeavored to be the best student she could be. She always had a quiet question to ask Ms. Xzav, and the professor always had a straightforward answer to give back to her.
What do you think of Khiyyi? Ms. Xzav's class is the most interesting subject at Aegnor. Not that I don't love every subject offered, but the way she teaches about humans, how practical everything I learn in that class is, it just gets me so interested in the subject. I know that part of what draws me to her class is that it's about humans, but she does such a great job of keeping me interested! I am so thankful to have great teachers like Ms. Xzav to teach me what I thirst to know.
