Eyes: Usually, her eyes are a dark chocolate brown, and one cannot usually discern iris from pupil, unless you are extremely close to her face. However, they have been known to turn a sweet honey brown when Iara is happy. Sometimes, they are glassy and emotionless -- sometimes, they are truly the 'windows to her soul'. If her feelings were not quite as muted, you could read her like an open book.
Hair: Iara's hair is a bit wavy, and very easy to style. She is rather proud of the face that she has taken good care of her hair. It is smooth, a golden-brown color. The tips just barely meet her mid back. It is not cut in any special way -- is it layered slightly, at the end of her hair. She was never one to dress it up and style it, unless there was royalty coming to visit her. Iara does like putting clips in it, but nothing too over-the-top.
Smile: This girl rarely ever smiles. Her emotions are a bit ... lacking. It's not that she doesn't mind smiling. No, her teeth are quite straight. It is that she does not know when to smile. Perhaps she would smile when she sees another smiling, and laugh quietly when something makes she laugh, but nobody has ever seen a large, wide smile on this girl's face.
Face: Iara is a pale-skinned person, whose skin is clear and smooth. Blessed with no acne, she does not have any blemishes or scars on her face. She has a heart-shaped face, with her hair parted in the middle. her face is quite proportional, nothing too large or too small to fit on her face.

Physique: Iara is not what one would call 'very tall'. Conversely, she is not 'short', either. She is very skinny and physically weak, and not all that heavy. Because she does not need to eat much food to feel full -- she's a bit like a plant, really -- people always think she is on a diet when Iara has already eaten a perfect amount of food to last her through the day.

Style: Always dressed formally, Iara has never really enjoyed wearing jeans and t-shirts, like most others of her age do. She is very polite when speaking, and has a perfect posture, as her father drilled all of this into her to create 'the perfect girl'.
Hygiene: Iara is very neat, organized, and tidy. Her makes use of her water ability to throughly clean herself often. She hated being dirty, lest others insult her -- Iara has never realized that nobody would laugh at her for having a speck of dirt at the bottom her her dress.

//HISTORY//

First Sign of Powers: Because of her lack of emotion, Iara's powers arrived late -- very, very late. In fact, she had turned thirteen and there was no sign of her powers. As her birthday came and went, her father yelled at her, treated her even worse than he did before. Her brothers, he said, would not be as weak as she. They would not fail him. After all, he did not wish for a daughter. One day, when he lashed out at her, she raised a hand, yelling "Stop!" in that normally quiet voice of hers. Everyone was stunned as the tree in their yard became uprooted; then it immobilized her father. Slowly, she walked towards her father, placing a hand on his chest. She drew out much of the water in his body, nearly killing him, until her mother stopped her, restoring the water into her husband's body, and pushing her daughter away. Iara stared at her father, her glassy, emotionless eyes eyes betraying no guilt for what she had done.

Favorite Way to Use Powers: Iara uses both of her powers. She is mainly attack-based, the opposite of her diminishing nature. She likes forming shapes with her water, and using some plants around to decorate it. However, she is extremely powerful. She can shift large amounts of water, and can use it to blast her opponent, while using the plants as a whip -- but since Iara is so submissive, she does not usually use her powers around others.

History At School: Iara entered Aegnor in the middle of the year, so she was the topic of much scrutiny. However, she made a few friends, no, more like acquaintances, and slowly began speaking a bit more. She still feels quite inferior to her brothers, and those around her, but is not as severe as before. Iara, because she spent more than half of her life without smiling or expressing any other emotion but submission, is very easy to bully around. She shys away from confrontation, though her powers are mainly attack-based. Her grades are below average -- she has already convinced herself that she will never do well. She has the potential, but never uses it.

History With Humans: She has not met any full - humans in her life. Iara has not given them much thought, because they have not been involved in her life. The past is past, she would say. She cares about those she comes in contact with, not some wierd race of people who slaughtered her race.

Relationship with Family: Though Iara was the oldest of three, she had always felt inferior to her siblings. They were strong, stronger than she -- and she knew that she could never satisfy her father, no matter how hard she worked. He focused his attention on the boys, leaving the physically and mentally weak Iara to fend for herself. Her mother, Yaritza, loved her dearly, but really would never stand up to her husband. Iara would tolerate the verbal abuse, never speaking back. Eunan would constantly humiliate his daughter in front of others, proving how weak she was, knowing full well she would not retaliate. Estranged from her father, with a weak-willed mother, and two younger brothers towards whom she has an inferiority complex, her familial relationships are not that good.
