Eyes: Dulais' eyes are large and round, a feature that is usually even more emphasized by her usual wide-eyed expression. They're a bright watery blue, and the clarity and quality of Dulais' eyes give away her power immediately. They're the bright blue of a calm lake, but when she is angry they darken and deepen to the color of stormy seas. On the contrary, when she's deeply sad her eyes turn steely gray and are usually red-rimmed.
Hair: She has dark copper-toned hair that borders on true red when she's in the sun for weeks at a time. It falls in messy curls naturally, and Dulais encourages these curls by wrapping her hair in pieces of cloth when she sleeps. She keeps her bangs short and straight on her forehead, and keeps her hair carefully arranged down her back or up in a ponytail. If Dulais doesn't take care to style her hair it gets itself in an outrageous mess, so she is always careful to keep it brushed and tamed.
Smile: Dulais' smile is careful and rare. She is always very careful with her emotions, and more likely to give a little sideways smile than a full-blown grin. On the rare occasions that somebody tickles her funny bone or does something to make her extremely and genuinely happy she displays a large and genuine smile, complete with shining pearly teeth. This is highly unusual, though, but those who have seen her really smile are very likely to want to see it more often.
Face: Dulais has a round, almost babyish face. It projects the naivety of her personality, and tends to make other people think she's much younger than she actually is. The most distinguishing feature of her face are her large, pouted lips, which she usually smears with maroon-tinted chap stick.

Physique: Dulais is not a very active person, preferring to spend her time with her older brother admiring his powers and working on her own. She's more of a study bug than an athlete, but she is very conscious about what she eats. Her sympathetic nature makes it very difficult to eat meat, so she tends more towards healthier, organic foods. Because of this, she has a very slight figure despite her lack of muscle.

Style: Dulais loves to wear anything that flows freely around her. This consists mostly of brightly colored peasant shirts, loose shorts, and flowy dresses. She spends a good amount of time picking out her clothes, since she is very conscious of how others percieve her. Her favorite colors are all in the blue family, ranging from dark blues to blue-greens, though she also likes foamy whites as well.
Hygiene: Part of being so conscious about how she's perceived by others is the fact that Dulais is almost overly-hygienic. She washes her face every night and every morning and takes a shower every morning before classes. When she goes more than that without washing herself, she feels gross and tends to not want to go outside of her room.

//HISTORY//

First Sign of Powers: Dulais' first expression of her powers came when she was ten, but the only person she told was Dyrk. She had been quarreling with a boy that lived next door to them and he had pushed and pushed and pushed until she'd had too much and lost her temper. She grabbed his hand and he started screaming. She pulled away and ended up with a handful of water, which she had apparently drawn out of the boy. He had no idea what she had done, just that she'd twisted his hand and it hurt, but she was scared out of her mind. She told her brother what had happened right away, afraid that he would get angry at her. Instead he gave her a big hug and told her it was okay. Together they devised a way for her to show her powers to her parents without telling them what she'd done to the boy. The next night at dinner, Dyrk spilled some water onto the bread and Dulais jumped in to take the water out of the bread. Her parents were ecstatic, and her mother immediately began giving her pointers on how to control it.

Favorite Way to Use Powers: Dulais' favorite use of her powers is to dry out fruit to make snacks for herself. Many of the other students don't understand such a 'useless' way to employ her powers, but Dulais is proud of the practicality of it. Other than that, she secretly enjoys pulling water out of the air and sending it in painful jets, though she has yet to work up the courage to actually test this out in dueling club. Her fear of harming other people, mostly stemming from her initial use of her powers, has so far kept her from using them offensively on anything other than a target dummy. While most people think Dulais is very weak offensively, it's only because she doesn't allow herself to be aggressive towards other students.

History At School: Dulais is extremely sweet and friendly, and gives everybody she meets the benefit of the doubt. She isn't, however, the most outgoing of people, so she is not usually the one who strikes up friendships. Despite this flaw, however, Dulais has gotten along very well with her fellow students, though some of them take advantage of her kind nature. She also gets on very well with the professors that have taught her over the years, mostly because she is a curious and passionate student in the subjects she takes. She gets high marks in all of her classes, often working long into the night or going to Dyrk for help if she gets confused.

History With Humans: Dulais has had no interactions with any full-humans, though she is very interested in the half-humans that roam Aegnor's halls. She's always wanted to try her skill at hiding among humans, and she finds them extremely curious, though her parents often warn her that they can be dangerous. Half-humans are the only people that she will go out of her way to interact with, and her favorite classes (except for experimental magic) all have to deal with humans. She plans on going on a long trek into the human world as soon as she graduates and is really looking forward to it.

Relationship with Family: Dulais is calm and patient with her siblings, and helped her parents a lot in raising the younger two. However, her closest bond within her family is between her and Dyrk, who is the closet to her in age. She loves her whole family deeply, and watches over them closely while they're all at school. She has a great relationship with her father, but her relationship with her mother is more strained. She's not confrontational like Dyrk is, but she sometimes goes for weeks without acknowledging her mother's existence.
